Convention Sponsorships

Sponsorships include:

• Your company logo and link on the NDA website homepage

• Listing in Convention Program Guide
• Listing in Convention promotional materials
• Acknowledgement in Drill Bits Magazine
• Acknowledgement during President's Dinner
• Signage at the Convention

Backpack sponsor will have their logo included on the backpack handed out to attendees at registration.

Golf Key sponsorship includes all of the above plus:

• Banner at Golf Course
• Free use of golf cart to socialize with golfers during outing

Golf Lunch sponsorship includes all of the above plus:

• Table at golf course to pass out lunches

NDA Promo Item Sponsor - NDA is looking for companies to provide promotional items for the NDA handout bag at registration. Examples: your logo on hats, shirts, clipboards, bags, etc. Or, sponsor the bag that the items will go in! No cost to be included other than supplying us with a minimum of 200 the items. NDA Golf Item Donations - We are looking for golf-related items to be distributed to the golf outing attendees. A minimum of 100 items. If interested, please call the office at 877-632-4748 or email admin@nda4u.com.

REFUND POLICY: Cancellation before August 7th - refund will be 90%. Cancellation between August 7th and September 6th – refund will be 50%. NO REFUNDS after September 6th.
